I have two mail account but I can see how I control from which account I am
sending a particalar message - any body can help?

Depends on the version of Outlook and possibly other things as well.
In Outlook 2000, there's a little down arrow on the right of the Send
button. If you click on that arrow, you can choose the account. In
Outlook 2002 there's an arrow on the Accounts button from which you
can choose which account you use to send the message.
