hi - if i log on locally to my computer at work and have office available,
and connect to server A through rdp and have office available, and connect to
server B through rdp and have office available - does this mean the company
should have 3 office licenses just for me?
i'm asking because we have office 97 at work and i asked the question "when
might we be upgrading?" to which it was suggested that i come up with some
reasons why, any issues to consider, costs, so i've been trying to learn and
grasp the idea of 'open license' etc.
my head seems to be spinning a bit though. i started by looking at licenses
through open license for office 2003 standard edition, this seems staight
forward there is about a $50 discount off of purchasing fpp, then i started
to think about how i've got access to office at work three different ways.
any guidance is appreciated.
