How much memory should be used

I have a few computers on my network that open up WORD, EXCEL, or OUTLOOK at
around 40-60 K while the others run at around 10-20 K. This seems to cause
some speed issues. Is it possible that these computers should be running that
high of a memory usage? If not, is there a solution?
