How to add a button and configure the click event

Hello, I am a true beginner. I have added a button to a
word document, but would like some sample code that shows
me how to open/call another file on click event. Similar
to using a hyperlink, but with a button. Please email me

How can this code be used to email the open document as an
attachment. Like submitting a survey after it has been
completed.
