when we create a timesheet we cant see planned hours of all tasks which are
assigned and publish to team members . how the resources know what hours in
tasks have assigned to him. like epm 2003.

like epm 2003 we cant see remaining work filed in project web access. and
how to add different fields or columns in the web access timesheet. ( actual
work , remaining work fields).

Based on my understanding of your query, I am suggesting the following
solution:

In Project Web Access, timesheet can be modified by a user with
Administrator rights. After login, user should click Admin option from menu
and then click Manage views from Actions list. Now select Timesheet from the
grid under view name Timesheet. Click Modify view option and here you can add
the required fields from Available fields list box to Displayed fields list
box. To display planned hours of a task, we need to add Baseline work from
Available fields list box to Displayed fields list box. Similarly any fields
which are not being displayed can be added and saved in this interface. This
will be reflected to the users once they login.

I hope this information helps you.

Sam --

Are you talking about the My Tasks page in Project Web Access in Project
Server 2007? If so, please stop calling this the timesheet, because Project
Server 2007 contains a separate timesheet page called My Timesheet.

Assuming you are talking about the My Tasks page, the Project Server
administrator can open the My Assignments page for editing (Server
Settings - Manage Views) and add the Remaining Work field to the My Tasks
page. Assuming you are tracking progress on a daily basis in the My Tasks
page, team members can see the planned work for any task assignment by
floating their mouse pointer over any cell in the timesheet-like grid and
the system will show a tooltip with planned hours. In addition, team
members can also click the name of the task assignment to see the Assignment
Details page, which shows the planned work hours as well. There's no way to
display a Planned Work line in the My Tasks page, the way you used to see it
in Project Server 2003. Hope this helps.
