How to archive e-mail messages

Hi. I can't figure out how to back up e-mail messages, or
entire folder. I would like to back up to a zip drive. Any
suggestions?

Look here for all the information you need on backup and restoration of
Outlook data:

Note that in Outlook, the term "archive" is used to refer to items that
are removed from your default folders to be stored separately -- it's
not really synonymous with "backup" since the items are removed from the
default set of folders.
