how to auto delete original email after sending reply/forward

We have a limitation on how many emails we can keep and I receive many, many
each day. So I would like to implement a process where I will include myself
as a cc on any emails I want to keep and redirect them to another folder
(which I know how to do), but I would also like to auto delete the original
email whenever I send a reply or forward (which I do not know how to do). So
my question is, how do set something up to auto delete original emails after
I send a reply/forward?

Thanks!

I don't know of any way in vanilla Outlook to do that. Perhaps a third
party tool may help:
