How to avoid "some files can contain viruses" screen when hyperlin

I added a hyperlink in my PP presentation that runs a video. Before the
video runs I get a screen that states "Some files can contain viruses ......"
Do you want to open this file? Etc. How do I delete, skip or just avoid
getting this pop-up?

Note though that you can only stop it on your computer - if you distribute
the file users will still see the message. Once youve changed the registry
(months ago) its easy to forget and give someone a file with "the message"
(trust me I KNOW!)
