How to avoid text wrap when the browser's window gets narrower?

I use FP 2003.

How do I make a text paragraph anchored to the left and cropped on the right
side as a browser's window gets narrower horizontally.
It seems that the default behavior is text-wrapped around when I make the
window narrower.

One way, you can put the text in a table cell and fix the width of the
table cell. Another option is to set it the style element for the HTMl
tag that contins the text, e.g. <p> if it's paragraph tag.
