how to change names in outlook 2007

How can I change already excisting names in contacts. They are on the form
"lastname, firstname". I want them to be "firstname,lastname"

IN Outlook 2007. My 750 contacts imported from my phone was imported like
"lastname,firstname" in "file as". "File as" has to be changed to firstname
lastname" to be viewed that way on my new cell phone. Can I change that on
all as a global setting, or do I have to access each and every one and change
the !file as" name??

The settings you choose for the File As... field will not apply to Contacts
you import.
To change the File As... field for existing Contacts will require running
code:
