how to change page order in Publisher 2000

How do I rearrange the page order in a Publisher document (version 2000)

Let's say you want Page 2 as the last page. Insert new pages at the end of
your publication. Go to Page 2, copy everything. Got to your new last page
and paste. Delete your old Page 2.

You can also group everything on page 2, drag it to the scratch area, go to the
page you want to change, drag the group to that page.

And then you can use Shift to constrain the motion to one direction, and
use the Measurement toolbar to make fine adjustment to the final
location to make it exactly match the original.
