How to change the default format for phone numbers in outllok contacts

Hello,

We discovered that when we insert a contact ,Outlook reformat the phone
number.
As our customer has a corporate format is it possible to change thedefault
outlook format with our format ?

No. Masking of phone numbers is hard coded unless you place the number in
quotes.
