How to clear address bar history???

The webaddress bar or the e-mailaddress bar?

The webaddress bar is the same as in Internet Explorer so deleting your
History will suffice.
The e-mailaddress bar;
-just one name; highlight the name with your cursus keys and press DELETE
-complete cache; locate the .nk2 file for your profile and rename it to .old
(in case you want it back). When searching for it make sure you include
hidden and system files/folders

I talk about the outlook bar...
I could not find that .nk2 file, in which folder is that? And what you mean
with highlighting a single name, do you mean to do it in the bar? it didn't
work..

I am using Outlook XP, when you compose a new mail, you write the mail
addresses to tha address bar, and send it. When you write another mail, and
enter the same mail address to the bar, it remembers the address after
pressing 2-3 letters and auto completes it, this is what I am talking about.
Is there a way to clear this cache...

That's the nk2-file indeed. The default location is;
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\APPLICATION DATA\Microsoft\Outlook
