How to coauthor a newsletter website?

My web client wants to change parts of pages without my interaction.
How can I set this up?

Kind of hard to say. The easiest thing is for you to tell them to get a copy
of FrontPage, so they can edit the web directly. Other solutions are more
complex and require programming, such as setting up ASP pages that enable a
logged-in authorized user to make changes that are saved to a database. The
database data becomes the data used to build web pages dynamically.
