Having trouble comparing documents while one has tracked changes - cannot do
it. Also, how to compare two documents, but come up with changes throughout
the original document - can this be because of different spacing, etc.

thanks.

Generally, it's a very BAD idea to try to compare documents that already have
revisions. You should accept/reject the existing revisions, make sure the trakc
changes is off, then run the comparison.
