How to constrain the start of a success task to a day of the week

I have a schedule where the preperations for the next task must be
accomplished before we proceed. However, the succeeding task will start on a
Monday.

How can I create a link or trick Project into forcing an even to start on
the next available Monday with out loosing the links or brute forcing the
data?

Create a calendar that reflects the working times of the successor and make a
SS-xx logic tie. Does this help?
