how to convert a corel draw file to word???

I have a poster composed on corel draw but want to make it in to a word
document so someone without corel draw can open it, is this possible?

Open it? Or edit it? It won't ever be a document but an image. You will
need to save it as an image file in a standard file format like .tif,
..bmp or .jpg. They can open those and if you want you could paste it
into a Word doc as an image then but why add more complexity?
