how to copy all documents onto a CD-R

Documents? Well just copy them. If you mean the messages you received in
Outlook you'll need to burn the pst-file sa well.

Make sure you include hidden and system files and folders when searching for
pst-file.

You can also locate the file by using
Rightclick the root folder (probably Outlook Today)-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> field Filename
