Exactly the same way as you would create a single-sided document, except
that you print it on both sides of the sheet, and perhaps set up
mirrored margins using Arrange > Layout Guides.
How the document is printed is a function of your printer driver; many
printers can be set up to print both sides of the paper automatically -
take a look in File > Page Setup > Printer and Paper > Properties.
