how to create a pdf file from word

i want to create a pdf file from qan existing word document. However, i don't have the 'create adobe pdf' button in word. what do i do?

We'll need more details:
Is it a case that you have Acrobat Writer but cannot find the button you
mentioned in Word, or you do not have Acrobat Writer, so of course you do
not have the button...?

Unfortunately, Word doesn't have a save to pdf feature -- although some of its competitors do. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, you can always convert your files to pdf from the web. I believe Adobe will do it for free on their website. Good luck

Personally, I use PDF995 (www.pdf995.com). It is available for free, but the quality is a little less than the PDFs I download off the Internet.

Well worth the price, esp. when combined with FinePrint. As a student, it
