how to delete and reinstal outlook

I have a licensed copy of Outlook which seems to have a few gremlins since I
installed nortons...e.g. cant send emails...I want to delete the program and
resinstal from the disc...I tried this but outlook is restored with all the
same stuff (copies of emails and contacts) as before, so it seems not to be
removing the program.

Any advice would be appreciated.

reinstalling Outlook is highly unlikely to fix your problems.

Please provide details of your specific problems to this newsgroup and
include the basics like your version of Outlook (or Google them) and you'll
find potential solutions.

Uninstall Norton, use the tool on their site to completely remove, reboot
PC, repair Office/Outlook
Retest

Without seeing the exact error that is shown which you did not post try the
following first.
Uninstall Norton

After uninstalling it then re-install it WITHOUT the email integration (scanning)
option
