How to delete "Updates" in Server 2003??

I have a project manager that currently has "updates" in their web
access but has never "Accepted" them. I have since accepted them
under my ID and they are done but the project manager still has the
updates in their web access.

Is there a way to delete them. Shoud the Project manager just reject
them? Will that try to open up the plan and change the hours?
