I'm afraid you are going to have to provide more information because
your questions do not make a whole lot of sense.

Resource Names and Task Name are separate independent fields that may or
may not be shown in the same view. They will never be in the "same
column". What are you looking at (i.e. view, report, etc.)? And what are
you trying to do?

Perhaps you mean how to get the name of each Task and the Resources assigned
to each Task in a single field for each Task.
Good idea.
First solution is to use a formula in a spare Test field to concatenate the
contents of the Name and Resource fields.
Success with this will depend on whether the Data Type of the two fields can
be interpreted/parsed as text and concatenated.
