How to display which account sends (from) in Outlook 2000

For some reason the names of the accounts I use to send mail are not
displayed in the Outbox folders lists.

The heading "From" is there but the (hoped for) list below isn't populated!

The list is populated okay in Sent Items.

I use Chilton Preview - perhaps there is an issue with that!?

You would need to post your mail support mode the editor you are using for
anyone to answer. Mail support mode is listed in Help | About, line 2 if you
don't know.
