How to download images or templates without using Active X downlo.

At work, we are not allowed to install any software on our computers, but we
can import files. When I try to download templates or images using the
Office Download utility, I can't do it, because it attempts to install the
Active X utility. Is there any way to download and import the templates and
images from the site manually?
