1) First of all, you need to call Dell and tell them your keyboard is
broken - the caps lock doesn't appear to be functioning.
2) You do not have Office XP - you have /Windows/ XP. If you asked for an
Office suite to be shipped with your Dell, it will be Office 2003.
3) Please repost in a group appropriate to your operating system - your
query has nothing whatsoever to do with Office.
