how to enlarge quick access toolbar?

The quick access tool bar is SO microscopic that it's pointless. More than
half of the users on our network have to sqiunt through their bifocals to
even see it, and even then they can't tell which icons are which because of
the pale blue backbround and the microdot sized icons.

How can I enlarge this so that users can work effectively?

I'm not sure you can, but perhaps someone else will have an idea.

But out of curiosity, what is your display resolution? That may have some
bearing on it.

OK here on a 1280 x 800 resolution 15.5" screen laptop - and yes I wear
bifocals too....

We run at 1650x1080 (native resolution) on 22" widescreen flatpanels.

And again, out of curiosity, do the icons assume a more reasonable size if you set
the resolution to, say, 1200 x whatever?

Obviously, this is a test only. Change the resolution, have a look, then change
it back before your eyes jump out of your head and go rolling for the exit. <g>
