how to extend margin extension?

hi, i am desperately trying to change the margin settings
extension in publisher 2003.
i.e.-
i cannot set the margin to 0.375"
it automatically bumps it up to 0.38".
anyone know how?
thank you.

This is the way it is.

I did find an interesting workaround. In options, set the measurements to
millimeters, input .9525 in the arrange margins, okay out, go back to tools, change
back to inches, return to the arrange menu, input .375, believe it or not it stuck...

Should have said centimeters.
Do you think just extending the decimal out to 3 would be a solution?

Hmmm...which margins? .375 sticks for me when inputting text box margins.

Sticks here as well. Entering 0.375 stays at 0.375

Well mine does too now; but it didn't when the poster asked the question. When I
changed the default to centimeters and assigned 4 digits after the zero, for some
reason now it does not default to .38. It is a conundrum...
