How to fix Outlook when it is in operable

[Outlook help ASAP]

I opened my Outlook, click send/recieve and it tells me that it is
inoperable. I go to "accounts" and it states "operation failed due to
registery or installation problem. blah blah blah" I was cleaning out my
computer and may have deleted files that wasn't suppose too. How do I
reinstall? I need to check my emails! Please help!! THANKS!

In Control Panel, click Add/remove Programs, find Office or Outlook and
click Change. You should then be able to specify a repair of Outlook.
