I recently upgraded from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003.
In Outlook Express, I had my IMAP-based Inbox folder
marked for download and whenever I got new mail, all of
the headers and the bodies would be downloaded so that if
I unplugged from the network, I could read and respond
offline to all my mail.
In Outlook 2003, in the "Send/Receive Groups" dialog, I
click (Edit) and in the "Folder Options" group box I have
a checkmark checked on the "Inbox" folder in the tree,
and have set the radio group to "Download complete item
including attachments" to be on for that folder.
Still, when I get my mail, then unplug, all of my mails
say they cannot show me the body.
What gives? Is there some other secret sauce I need to
pour in to get back to the way I was working in Outlook
Express with regards to offline mail (including the
bodies of the mails).
Thanks.
