how to get many records from one record input

I am completely new to Access and need help! Can anyone help me with any of
the following (or maybe suggest a good book I can get ;-)
I need to design a database that will accept multiple entries into 1 field,
but will break them down to separate records (with all other info being the
same).
Also, what is the best way to allow people to enter their own records at
their own computers & then combine them into one main database (would this be
the use of Groove?)?

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project.
I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with
Access problems.
