How to get rid of Office Tool bar

I posted this same question before and someone said it was answered somewhere
else, but could not find the answer. I do no want to Office Tool, even
hidden. How?

Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Microsoft Office - Navigate to the
Office Tools directory and make the Office Shortcut Bar unavailable. This
will uninstall it.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
