How to get the List OF NewsGroups i am Subscribed to

Hi
I am using OutlookExpress to login to News Serve and did
subscribed to few Newsgroups. Now i am moving to a new
machine and want to know is there any configuration file
or setting which i can copy to the new Machine and get
all the Newsgroups Mapped.

Please Help!!
