How to handle CiceroIUWndFrame not responding?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle CiceroIUWndFrame not
responding? I am using Office 2003, XP with SP3.

First line of defense when you run into error messages like this: copy
the exact error message down, plug it into Google, see what comes up.

In this case, just plugging in "CiceroIUWndFrame" comes up with a couple
things to try.
