Not sure why you would want to do this, but it is possible. It's
functionality provided by the operating system.
On the Windows control panel applet, setup a new printer with the wizard
Pick the output port to be FILE: Then when you "print" to that
"printer" it will send the output stream to a file instead of a printer.
