How to import ER Source Model

A

Ali

Hi,
I developed an "ER Source Model" in Visio 2002 Ent.
Arch. and now after finishing everything I got to know
that we can generate DDL script only in a "Database Model
Diagram". Can anybody plz help me to port everything
in "ER Source Model" to "Database Model Diagram". Do note
that just copying everything doesn't solves the problem as
tables and their relationships are not copied. So is there
any good way through.

Regards,
Ali.

1. Open the Database Model diagram
2. Click on Database \ Project \ Add Existing diagram
3. Add your ER Source model
4. Build the project and it should translate the ER Source diagram to a
physical database diagram
5. Click on Database \ Generate to generate the SQL DDL
