i purchased ms office pro 2003 from microsoft outlet in hafeez centre lahore.
it gets stuck and doesn't intall.

I can't help but wonder if it was illegal but............... your question
doesn't tell us enough information to help you. Define "gets stuck". Do you
get error messages? If so, what do they say? Please do not paraphrase - the
exact wording is important.
