how to interchange the sandclock to timedbars

When i load diffrents presentations i would like to change te sandclock
(mouse busy) to a timedbar or windows showing...Loding files please wat...

It's a Windows setting, not PowerPoint.

Click on Start, Control Panel, Mouse, Pointers

This option is not avaiable and i want it only on my powerpoint
presentation to identified the loading sequence of my different presentations
