How to keep the Office Assistant active in XP after installing Ou.

I upgraded to Outlook 2003 but I am running Office XP for the other Office
Applications. Now I have to keep re-installing the Office Assistant in office
XP.
How might I correct this problem so the Office Assistant is available in
Office XP and Outlook 2003?
