How to keep webmail on server w/Outlook Email

Need to know how to keep email on email server. I am using "MS Outlook" on
one computer; Outlook Express on another.

In OE go to Tools-Accounts-Properties-Advanced and check the "Keep Messages
on server" box.

Similarly in Outlook.
