How to link Project 2003 to outlook 2003 for just one user?

There is just me using the computer. I want to use project for setting up
projects I need to get done and have them linked to my outlook task list and
calender. So I can have appointments and tasks that need to get done work
together in one place. I have see some stuff on the project web access but it
is just me using this not a whole company. I can inport them from outlook to
project but not link them?

Any ideas??
