How to make all custom fields appear in Project Detail screen?

After selecting a project in the Project Center in PWA, we can click the
"edit" button for the purpose of "editing enterprise custom fields". Only a
select few are listed with no discernable pattern.

How can we get all custom fields listed on this "Project Detail" screen?

It would save our Project Managers the effort of firing up Microsoft Project
2003 to change Project Information each time.

In the future, please post your Project Server questions to the
microsoft.public.project.server newsgroup, as this newsgroup is devoted to
the Microsoft Project desktop application only. To answer your question,
the only custom enterprise Project fields that appear on the Project Details
page are enterprise outline codes, and enterprise fields that do not contain
a value list or a formula. In addition, members of the Administrators group
can also see the Owner field. Does that explain what your PM's see and
don't see on the Project Details page?

If a custom enterprise Project field does not appear on the Project Details
page, then your PM will need to edit it by opening the project in Microsoft
Project Professional and clicking Project - Project Information. Hope this
helps.

Hi Dale,

you wote only the admin-group can see and save some fields in this view. I´d
like to allow the project managers to change some fields in the project edit
view on pwa.

What right has to be set, to realize this?

thanks

Oliver
