How to move a Custom Toolbar to Another Computer

In outlook what file contains the data need to move a
custom toolbar to another computer.

The outcmd.dat file contains all toolbar and menu customizations. There's
no way to split out just one custom toolbar from the rest, though -- you'd
have to replace your current outcmd.dat file with the one you copied from
somewhere else, so any customizations you've made in your current file will
be lost.
