How to open a new window when creat a new document?

I have a problem everytime I open a NEW document, it always group together in the same window. This causes me problem when I want to open 2 documents at the same time.

THere is another computer have Office 2k3 installed. But there is no such problem on that PC. It always open new windows. Why is that?

Could somebody help?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "Windows in Taskbar" box.
