This is either a file that is corrupt OR it is a file that is part of a
compressed file that was split by the compressing program into multiple
files. Where did you get this file? If it was emailed, you need to have
the sender send all the parts that was created on the other end.

History on spanned zip files.
This was commonly done back in the "days of the floppy" (and I have seen it
for a large zip file that spanned multiple CDs) where the program (normally
PKZIP or WinZip) were used to compress one or more files into a series of
compressed files that could be put on multiple floppies or CDs. In fact, I
am currently looking at an old version of Microsoft Project 98 install which
was shipped on floppies and some of the .CAB files on the floppies are in
fact single files that would not compress to one file that would fit on a
1.44 MB floppy.

Thank you for your reply. I have created a compressed (zipped) folder with
password. There are some JPG files in that folder. When I try to past some
more JPG file into that folder, this error comes( Please insert the last disk
of the milti-volume set and click ok to continue).
