How to place same data in multiple places.

Hi All,
I need some information about placing the same data in multiple places in an
MS Word Document. For instance, the way we place the data in a single place
using a Book mark, how can i handle to place the same data in multiple
places. as we can not create multiple book marks with the same name, i am
finding it difficult to handle this programatically.
Early response will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Document properties and document variables can be used for this. Put
DocProperty or DocVariable fields in the document where the information
should appear; then set the property or variable value in code and update
fields.

Hi Jezebel,
Thanks alot for your immediate reply.
So, i am happy to know that this is possible to handle.
But, i never tried handing DocVariables or properties. Can you just help me
with a small pice of code in any language about how to create variables or
how to retrieve these variables, how to set their values and then update.

Please do me this favour asap.

Thanks in advance.

Help has plenty of good examples of both.

Hi,
I didn't find any good example that illustrates using more than one variable
with same name (unlike a bookmark)..so that i can put the same data in
multiple places.
Please suggest me something.

or DocProperties. As originally suggested. If you can't find these topics in
Help, VBA is probably beyond you too.
