How to post an email message created in Outlook to a newsgroup

Hi,

I need to be able to create an email message using Outlook
2003 and on the to/cc list to include a variety of email
recipients and newsgroups.

Can this be done - i.e. "post" to a newsgroup an email
message created in Outlook?

PS - I have been able to do this with other email clients.
