how to print double sided brochure in office

I made a half page brochure in publisher. On the screen, pages look like
they are in consecutive order. When I print, they rearrange so that the
booklet folds up properly when double-sided. I want to print the brochure on
my own computer, and will need to hand-feed every other page. How do I know
which page to print on the backs of other pages if what I'm seeing on the
screen isn't what actually prints?

What version Publisher are you using? How many pages? There are different
methods depending on the version of Publisher.

In 2007, take a look at print preview, there is an icon that allows you to see
more than one page at one time. This view will show you what page is next to
what page. So, if you have, for example an eight page booklet (brochure), page
one and page eight will be on the same sheet. You would type 1,8. Turn the paper
over, type 7,2. Notice every other page the larger number is first.

It other versions, View, turn off 2 page spread, print, current page, click no
to the query, turn the page over, go to page 2, print current page, click no to
query, and so on.
