How to print one day to do list for each resource Project 2002

The report To Do List under Assignments is nice, but I want it to show only
one day not all the days that there are tasks for this resource. How can I
get it to do that?

One way to do this would be to go to the Resource Usage Sheet which lists
resources and all their assigned tasks. You would need to apply filters to
the dates such as the Date Range Filter.

The format is different than the To Do List report but it will get you the
desired information. It can also be filtered for single resource names.

Hi Christine
There are two ways in which I think you can achieve what you are after.
1. Export relevant data to Excel and then sort on Resource Name and Date,
then insert page breaks at the end of each resource name and print them out.
2. The second way is if you hvae a copy, or can borrow one, of Rod Gills
VBA Programming for Project, there is a Macro in there that exports task
based information to excel based on resource name and date. You can then use
the responses to update project automatically from Excel to Project.
Option 1 might be the easiest for you initially if you are not familiar with
VBA.
If you need some instructions for the Option 1 then let me know.
Kind regards
TonyK
