how to put multiple results in one text box

I have a report that will print out a list of contracts and the programs that
the contract covers. Any given contract may have 1 or more programs attached
to it. In the corresponding table, I am creating one record for each
contract/program item. So, a contract with 1 program will have 1 entry; a
contract with 4 programs will have 4 entries. I have gotten the report to the
point where it will print one line for each contract (even with multiple
programs attached), but I am having trouble with printing the names of the
program (when there are multiple programs for one contract.) The text box
only prints the first instance of the program name.. I wanted all the program
names listed together in a box, left to right… The main table has a field
called “APU†with the program information… Help!? Thanks..!

If it would be okay with you, you would be way better off to just put the
program names in a list on your report. You can do that with a subreport.
Access was designed to do it that way. Trying to stuff all the names in one
textbox will find a way to bite you in the behind in terms of designing your
report.
